I want to ask which type of plug is offered in the in-flight electricity supply? Is it the UK/HK type or the Canada/US type? (or is it both?)

I will be flying from HKG to YYZ. Also, I heard that there are iPod cables that connect your iPod/iPhone to the In-flight entertainment system. Are the cables in short supply? Do I have to snatch one the moment I board the plane?
