If you mean transferring from Amtrak to Caltrain in San Jose, they are at the same station (San Jose Diridon)

(If there is a strike) there will be more bus service than last month, but it will still be commute-only and I wouldn't be surprised if they all filled up and/or there would be a long wait for them.
