Looks like the CSM was Robert Nichol (sp?), the same that picked up the 388 from Toulouse.

Kudos to him for being "in the know" and welcoming FTers, and allowing them to visit the rest of the aircraft. He's definitely PR-savvy, and an asset to BA.
