Gross. I not a fan of their restaurant either. Their room service, on the other hand, is terrific.

I've stayed here a lot now. The issue is no consistency. Even during a great stay, upgraded to one of their parlor suites, some other thing always seems to ruin the moment. For me, it was not being able to get the red phone message light to stop blinking, in all three rooms, for three days and nights, despite calling and complaining in person downstairs on at least five different ocassions.
