I was completely serious. I don't have access to any statistics, maybe someone else does. But I would imagine that during the school holidays there is a dip in the amount business travel and thus as the majority of Slivers and Golds probably get those cards through business travel, the lounges are quieter. That's certainly been my experience. So a few extra guests from the card holders that are going on holiday with their families quite possibly won't get that much busier than normal. If the exception/exemption has to be subject to capacity then so be it, but then lounge access is always subject to availability.
If you feel that kids are disruptive and make too much noise then there are a lot of adults that should also be denied lounge access. I've lost count of the number of excessively loud shouted telephone conversations that have spoilt my enjoyment of a lounge or loud, drunken adults shouting and fooling around.
