I was at this property in the first days of May 2013. I was accompanied by my friend Mr. Green. He is a Platinum member, i was Platinum but now im Gold. They upgraded us to a junior suite, but because it is a junior suite the room was very small. It is true that the front desk is often full of guests but the staff was very friendly. The first night we were there we decided to dine in restaurant BnB. When I get my food had a dirty ticket (bill) inside my meal with a shoe print (footprint). I call for a supervisor and she took a long time to come. Finally she told me that was not my bill that I did not worry. Haha. I told she, I did not believe that these were the Sheraton standars. They (all of them in the restaurant) did not take too many problems for my observation. She invited me to keep eating and I said no. She was the supervisor on duty and she did not to give importance to my complaint, and invited me with my dinner. The dinner i did not eat. Haha. That was all the solution and answer she offered me. It is a pity that she has behaved in this way, I never would never invite or would suggest anyone to eat at this place.
