I don’t use LGW often. Arrived back from Kingston ;last Saturday and as I wrote in the BA survey (which arrived next day on line – by chance) Gatwick luggage is a disgrace in my view.

They boast 22 mins earliest – as if that was something to boast about. AND yes hanging around till they announce the belt is another annoyance.

As I pointed out once I was in a taxi at Changi – 12 mins after the door opened – and I was in economy – maybe exceptional but it can be done.
