The list is slightly outdated but mostly still current. Most of the regional airlines in China are paper airlines - subsidiary created to satisfy the ego of provincial Communist Party officials that need a local airline to justify the billions wasted in airport construction.
I would say that only Shenzeng Airlines (CA subsidiary), Xiamen Airlines (CZ subsidiary), and Shanghai Airlines (MU subsidiary) are the real bonafide airlines (with separate management from parent and also some international flying). And Not coincidentally, these are the ones that also have alliance membership of their own.
