I would've thought this was an easy answer, at least for anyone who flies the route regularly.
DUB T1 (particularly with fast track the like of which LHR can only dream about) is efficient and smooth.
T1 green mile arrival involves walking from somewhere near Slough (if the Crystal Maze-like sliding doors are in your favour) back to the main terminal along what I can only imagine was either a large sewage pipe or a reconstituted series of wartime nissen huts, which are particularly unpleasant in the current heat.
No contest IMO.
