No, a LH ticket ATH-ZRH-ORD-VIE-ATH that cost ~2000 Euro!
gets 0 miles from Lufthansa but 100% from Austrian. Maybe Lufthansa is stingy. In your case a boo boo has been made in your favour, getting 200%.
Boo boo (

)or not, just check the M&B earnings and you'll see I'm right.
My life experience is that almost all "errors" are to the benefit of the bank, airline or whoever else I am dealing with. Whereas logic suggests random errors should be 50/50. Ie a lot of errors made by businesses are stealing and fraud.
Yoy may have a point, but there was no error...
I do not see how Thai can allocate a fare class in secrecy from the paying customer - since fare prices and rules are based on the class - all the legs were Class T fare rules - if flown as a lower class then often that leg of the ticket cannot be changed - this would be inconsistent with the other two legs of the same trip, which could be changed. Mind you - I asked a price to change the return dates and was quoted over $400 - so this might indicate that the Thai leg was indeed less than T.
I repeat, there is nothing secret there. TK sold you a T fare ticket. But this may well
map to another fare class with Thai!!!
I paid for this ticket at an agency in Australia, walk in, not online, and thus have some protection via Consumer credit laws and agencies. Whereas complaining to Greek or Thai regulators as a foreigner seems like a shot in the dark.
Fair enough, I never said that you shouldn't complain to your local regulators, I only said that if there was something that was not done correctly, that was probably on Thai's side. Let's leave it at that...
