Currently sat on stand on the LGW-BOD. 2 hours late so far. They have only just taken the bags off from the previous sector (AMS I think) despite the aircraft being on stand for almost an hour. The bags for our sector are nowhere to be seen.

That said, I fully expect to be called a snob for highlighting this service failure; in fact, based on previous "opinion"*, I should be lucky that I'm allowed to bring a bag at all. I obviously need to buck my ideas up.
