Dad came back from KIN, he has written to them to complain! They have signs saying how they take great pride in getting bags back within 60minutes....ehhhh!!! His bags came up saying from 22minutes to 57minutes, I think it was about 20 minutes for first priority bags to come off.
Times I have been it has been really slow as well
