Thank you for the responses! We are staying at the RItz Carlton in Roppongi. The buses for our hotel only begin departures after 13h00 so we can take the 9h30 train to ANA Intercontinental Hotel or 9h45 to the Grand Hyatt and take a taxi from there.

Is it advisable to go to TCAT and take a taxi to the RC since the buses leave every 15 minutes? I don't really want to wait an hour for a bus to the Grand Hyatt to depart.

The other alternative I see is to take the train to JR station and take a taxi from there.

Any suggestions?
