David Tanis had a Food Section feature a few weeks ago with good instructions, and I just bought a new package of wrappers so they should behave well. Just need to figure out a filling mixture that will fit Mr. Fox's crazy restrictive diet. (no cabbage, no soy, though sprouts might work now that I think of it)
Once I go back to cooking with heat risotto will reenter the rotation.
