Thanks to everyone who is posting in the other 2 active Berlin threads, I've gleaned some good info for my trip.

My specific question is during a 6-day trip in September flying in and out of Tegal would you advise I spend a day in any of the other cities accessible by train (Leipzig, Dresden, Hamburg, other)? I'm thinking maybe in the morning of day #4 I'd head out to Leipzig, stay there, and head back to Berlin on the morning of day #5. Is Leipzig worth the effort, is there another city I should consider?
