Opinion for status match

I did the 1K status match to see how the grass is at UA. I fly out of a hub MSP. I've had excellent UG success and one terrible IROPS in SFO. When the GA saw I was 1K he said we will get you back and let me work on UG. Both happened. On board I've been treated well and once was hauled out of coach to sit up front. I read flyertalk almost every day but don't post much. I experience all three legacies all the time. I do think UA gets a tougher rap from the UA people then they deserve. Just my observations flying all three.
