Your counts look spot on to me.

AS875 SEA-LIH on Nov. 1 has 38 open seats; 10 are blocked for elites, 28 open for anyone.

AS854 on Nov. 15 LIH-SEA has 27 open seats; 14 are blocked for elites, 13 open for anyone.
