Do all airlines darken cabins of long haul flights, even if during daytime?
During a day time flight be it in Biz.. I keep my shade up. If a FA comes by and ask to please put it down, I refuse and explain the my body needs natural sunlight. Granted I never travel alone so my partner really doesn't care. Oh and btw, I take my time eating. NEVER let a FA rush you unless you want to sleep quickly.
