I went to A3 website and imputed my Thai air flight number info just as I did 3 weeks ago ,

pressed submit and got this:

" Kindly be informed that you have already submitted a retroclaim request for this particular flight, which is still in progress."

so I guess they know its a problem and are taking a long time to sort it out
