Staying here right now. Booked a traditional but was upgraded to a Premier Corner. I'll agree with the others - the room layout is a bit odd but a cool view to the south of the city.

Room service is super speedy. I did find it odd that for a 5 night stay they had 3 towels and being on a SPG Floor didn't come with any water. Lobby is under construction this week leading into the conference wing but otherwise service has been good.

I'm starting to wonder if this hotel is worth the rate - will be returning in November for a conference. I've never stayed at the St. Regis but it's getting more and more enticing to give it a try...

This hotel really needs a platinum lounge - there doesn't seem to be much space to relax and congregate. That would put the edge here for sure. I really enjoy the Westin brand but sometimes I don't really feel like this hotel is a Westin save the white tea scent as I bomb through the lobby to the elevator bank.
