Benlee, you yourself say what is wrong with The Mulia in your tripadvisor report. It is not Balinese in style and it is HUGE (750 rooms on opening, rising to 1,000). This despoils Bali's culture, and having seen it, there is no way I would think of comparing it to one of the Amans, where buffets never figure in the culture.
