Just look for the international transfer desk (its on the same level as you deplane), and don't follow the crowd heading for immigration. At the transfer desk, they will arrange for your BP and then let you loose into the general departure area.

I have just read another thread with mention of horror and disarray and never use BOM as a transfer point!
I have little choice as the other option DEL doesn't provide nice timings for arrival and departure.
I guess I need to sharpen my elbows for the queues and crowds then?
Perhaps at the time I arrive, it is less crowded though? most people mention timings in the early hours of the morning / night.
Any thoughts on that? would it be less crowded?
Presumably there is a Oneworld lounge somewhere too...
