That's on of my problems with Vueling: they have some planes (which they took over from another airline without changing the seats as far as I understand) with horrible legroom. (Not that it's that good on their other planes...)
The problem is that you never know which type you'll get. And I accept the risk on anything up to 2 hours, but when I had to book a BCN-ATH a few weeks ago I refused to book on VY exactly for this reason. (Well, also because their return flight departed at 1.40 in the morning or so...

)
