Your ticket from London to Jakarta will include a UK tax of £94 if you are in economy. Premium-class travel doubles the tax to £188 (thats IDR 3,000,000 !!). You may not be aware of this: the tax (Air Passenger Duty) will be hidden in your ticket price.
You will pay no Indonesian tax on your ticket until you leave the country.
