How to email the GM regarding room upgrades in advance?
I'm gonna be staying at the Ff inn in Rapid City, and it's one of the rare times that my family actually gets to go with me! I'm a Gold member with Marriott and wants to ensure that I have a better chance of getting a better room, should I email the GM in advanced? Or should I just go hit-or-miss? And how do I email the Gm? Help!!
