Yet another only my opinion counts and it counts for every passenger. I have several friends who have travelled with small infants in Cathay business class. They all agree the only seats you should use are the ones with the bassinet spaces. Trying to do anything is not easy if it requires two of you and passing a baby over the middle section, yeah sure why not have a game of rugby while your at it.

Just recently my sisters daughter flew from Hong Kong to London on BA and said the upper deck had a superb section for the baby with loads of room to move around. I am guessing it was the one at the back of the upper deck cabin from what she told me.
