How often does Hyatt charge you more then your reservation
Just took about 15 minutes at check out yesterday in Dubai to clear up a reservation mistake (they overcharged by 200 AED) and had to get a manager to reverse the charges.

Just got me thinking, like the Seinfeld car rental episode, Hyatt can TAKE a reservation at Hyatt.com, but can they MAKE a reservation.

In the past year (as a diamond I do about 25 stays per year) I book on Hyatt.com usually. In the last 12 months I have had 3 stays that unfortunately took some time at checkout to get the RATE that I was quoted and reserved at Hyatt.com.

I know hyatt has a BEST RATE guarantee, but I wish they also had a ACTUAL RATE guarantee (the rate you reserve is the rate you will be charged)

3 out of 25, that's over 10% of my stays were incorrect. Probably spent a good hour or so of my life trying to get the proper rate.

Anyone else have the same problem as me?
