The US Airways off-peak price (for flights flown 100% on US Airways metal, and with an additional 5k discount for holding their card) is 30k miles for each RT ticket, or 60k total for RT tickets for both of us. I believe the price that you're seeing on UA from GRR-FCO is 1-way - I just priced it and it's showing 30k/way and 60k miles RT for 1 person.

With all that said, we have exactly 60k US Airways miles and we'd like to use them on a trip to Europe since it's such a great value.
