Etihad Airways charges now for the 2 Seats at the Emergency Exit.
On some Flights I personally think that they are charging too much and this step is more like one of a LCC.

Anyway the Emergency Exit Row Seats of Etihad's 777 do have PTV Screens (as on all EY Widebody Aircraft) but on the 777 these Seats dont have a Window as you are just sitting next to the Emergency Exit.
