My personal experience, I find Butlers to be annoying as when hotels have them ( such as the St Regis ), requests have to route thru them as a go-between adding time and delay in the process. However, I recently stayed at the Mulia Bali and the butlers made all the difference to elevate a very good stay to fantastic.
You stayed there?!!! Was this out of necessity or choice?
