I also use IB Plus for Hertz rentals. However....not 1 of the bonus promotions has posted accurately for me yet. Infact you've reminded me I need to chase that up! Regular base points seem ok but there's clearly something wrong with the bonus postings. And IB refer you to Hertz, and vice versa. Anyone had any positive experiences of getting this resolved?
