AF-KLM Grand Lounge in MEX is in the same state. Hardly no food, what is there is not worth eating (cold popcorn? honestly?) and worst of all: The internet connection is so bad that you can pratically not use it. As soon as more than 25 people log on, the net kind of crashes. So what are the chances of getting work done when KL and AF have 747's leaving 30 minutes apart...?
Instead I believe they subscribe to at least 50 different French magazines, that noone seems interested in.
The problem is that the traffic in Mexico City is so inpredictable that you have to leave your hotel 4 hours in advance. Sometimes the taxi ride takes 25 minutes, other times it's more than 2 hours. On Sunday it took 30 mins, so had oceans of time to kill in the lounge. Yawn..
