The hotel has a major renovation ongoing at the moment. Currently they started with the bathrooms in floor 3, 4, 5 and 6 so there is noise disturbance between 8.30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

There is a letter from the GM stating that this part of the renovation will be finished by September 4th.

The club lounge in floor 6 is closed but there is a pretty nice temporarily one in one of their meeting rooms (Philharmonie III).

Fully agree that floor 1 is a no-go, so hopefully that one will be renovated soon, too.
