Well, to get to Wing lounge you need an onward boarding pass because Wing is at Departure side of the airport. Only way to get there is for you to have an onward boarding pass going elsewhere, traveling in F, being CX DM, or OW-EM.

Besides, as nice as Wing is, any decent restaurant-bar in HK beats it, no since wasting time on a lounge when you have the actual HK experience.
