I thought he meant row 22 or 23, A and D, and I would assume that the 3rd adult can really just go anywhere to his/her liking (although I think taking the window seat on the same side of the plane would probably make the most sense).

While you can also considering taking a bassinet seat, I'm not sure if you can kick out 2 others for your party to be seated together.
