Room rates are somewhat reasonable at ~1200/night, however be prepared for a $1500 per person seaplane transfer, which bumps the per night cost up pretty significantly.
Their rates will increase sharply in January 2014.
Garden villa will be something like 1700/1800 and overwater nearly 2000.
