$6291.57 - $4882.57 = $1409 difference between W and I fare.

Then another $650 to "gift" these Asia Miles....at a $50 difference you might as well straight up buy the I fare. That way you wouldn't have to waitlist forever for the upgrade award to clear....AND you'll be earning 1.25X J mileages.

USD $59 vs. 1088 miles
