Or roughly USD $700 per way. So in your case...yes, it is slightly cheaper
but the catch is...you must have at least 70% of the AM's prior to purchasing extra remaining blocks of 2000 AM / USD $60.
I wasn't aware of a 70%/30% rules. Where did it say that?
