Does anyone have any experience in doing so because you were short on miles? How soon do the miles get credited to your MC account to be used?

Thanks~

You must take into consideration of the aircraft being operated. If you get a 77W that has 4 classes, you'll need to purchase a PEY ticket to upgrade to J.

Seeing how full the flights have been lately, I would imagine it being very difficult to use miles to upgrade to the next cabin. I was fortunate enough to get an op up to F on my CX 884 flight on Monday.
