Interesting piece on SW being fined $200,000 for failure to make enough seats available at advertised fares and, in one instance, no seats available at the advertised fare. The company spokesman blamed it on a "glitch" in the inventory system. Wouldn't it be better to just fix the IT issues rather than risk fines? I would expect the next one to be a lot more than $200,000.

He's obviously failed. Has it been the same guy all these years? Southwest used to be the leader in this field... but my, have they fallen...
