When I flew DTW-ICN in January there were essentially three meals. Dinner, a lunch/dinner meal and then breakfast. The middle meal even included an option of entree items if I recall.
In BE they definitely kept us well fed and lubricated. In between meals the pursuer set up a snack buffet in the forward galley (777) that included a nice arrangement of items.
Sometimes the smell of the midflight "snack" wakes me up. It's much easier to sleep through breakfast.
