FA's get a good amount of information from the manifest. Last Saturday I was on a DTW-SAN flight on a paid F ticket. When the FA took meal orders he went to the one DM and PM's on PAID F tickets first and then went by row. As a PM on a paid F ticket he took my order second. He didn't take my companion's order who was sitting beside me on a companion ticket.
How rude and inappropriate! Should they also go down the economy aisle, starting with the highest economy fare, skipping around as they work their way down? There are supposed to be 2 or 3 classes of service (if you consider EC a class of service), period. Getting that superior service can depend on fare, or can be given based on loyalty, etc., but once it's offered, it should be the full thing.
