Ah, so you are saying I need to add AU's. Prefer not to do that where possible. Being an AU does affect your ability to get credit. I had my kids as AU on a bunch of cards, and when they go to apply for credit they get kicked out of auto approval. When calling they are often asked, why do you have all of these other accounts, to which they reply they are AU's. Even when I cancelled them as AU, then they get the question. "Why do you have all of these closed accounts?". To which they respond they are AU's etc. It may or may not affect their score, but it certainly raises flags.

I try to only add AU on Business accounts, which then have a different number anyway and don't need virtual.
