If you mean by "integrated charging capability" a place to put your devices and your external battery/charging cables etc. in some kind of fashion that's less cluttered than a packing cube that sounds like a great thing for a cabin bag, especially if it makes it easier to remove during a security screening. But my cabin bag has been going strong for nearly 10 years while my chargers and devices look radically different which is why I wouldn't consider a bag with any type of integrated battery or charging set-up as that's essentially planned obsolescence within a few years.
