Before worrying about GPU's and the like, make certain that OP's employer pays for a sufficiently high fare bucket that the GPU can even be used. If he's required to fly in steerage TPAC, this may well be one of those employers which purchases the cheapest seat. If that's the case, there's basically no way for an UG unless OP is prepared to kick in a substantial amount of his own cash.
