Livio Ranza (Italian) was at Sveti Stefan, then I heard was helping out with the opening of Venice, but is now GM at Amanwana.
Jean-Pierre Baratin (opening GM of Sveti Stefan) was also helping out with the Venice opening. I suspect he will soft open Cavtat.
