Is there a time limit for Cabana use?
Was at Cabana, I had to wait 30+ minutes since there's a queue. Finally my light blinked so it's my turn. Entered, showered, and nap on the sofa. Then in my dreams the door knocked, woke me up, opened, and a CX agent told me "sorry, you have been in there a long time, and we have a queue." I looked at my watch and I was in there for 2 hours. Didn't make a fuss then because I was hungry and I wanted to go to the Haven before my flight, so I gotten out.
As I came out, I saw the same agent kept apologizing to this old guy who is speaking in loud voice with angry face how dare he had to wait for Cabana, and the agent kept calming him and told him that one is being cleaned for him, and he went on about how disappointed he is about CX First Class Lounge.
I tried to search CX website but I see no time limit for cabanas. Maybe there is, so that's why I'm asking here. Is there a time limit if there's a queue for Cabanas, or does the agent just don't want to offend this "VIP?" Another case of loud and angry voice won the day?
