Perhaps not directly, but often times the messenger is blamed for the message.

Now back to the topic of the android app. From what I understand, EL AL hires outside firms for things like apps. Would it be that difficult to hire a firm with experience making apps that take into account the functionality suggestions made by posters on this thread?
