You don't seem to grasp that it is not needed, Homeland security has passenger name, gender, flight.

That goes on list, a list that pops up when the same name matches when passport is scanned @ USA border say 7-14 days later. The person is then asked what countries they have visited, if they say Canada only.... well then they either get waived through or get question further.

Lying at border leads to interesting adventures.
