Josh is absolutely correct. This is the system most serious and reputable international carriers (the ones EL AL competes on its most important routes) have in place for years now.
With the above said, let's not forget that the situation is NOT Liat's fault. She is just doing her job being the social media front person for EL AL. Those in charge (both management and current board members, whose names I've mentioned in the past on this forum) are the ones to blame for this state of affairs.
